due to the laying of 110 KV wirings, be a disruption of power supply for xx from 6:00 am to
19:00pm, 10th November, 2007; the affected districts covering the whole region of xx
(incld.shops). Please get prepared for the power blackout.
During this time, we will generate power for public services, including public lighting and
other public facilities. Meanwhile, close attention will be paid to the wiring-laying project,
upon completion of which power will be restored with no delay.
